Prior to joining Green Earthology in 2016, Denise enjoyed an extensive career in real estate and mortgage banking for 25 years.
Denise's career involved underwriting loans for residential real estate that included detailed analysis of appraisals, permitting, legal documents, financials and title insurance. She managed teams to develop specifications pertinent to investor requirements. Her expertise progressed into marketing and she became passionate about results-driven methods and technologies.

Denise enjoys working with cities, counties, communities, and non-profits. She enjoys organic gardening, cooking, restoring and decorating homes and building beautiful gardens and landscapes.

Denise has a clear understanding of complex financing, along with ever-changing standards and processes. Denise's diverse background is a great value to the future development of Green Earthology's Sustainable Communities programs. Her roots in Canada have provided a holistic approach to sustainability and the importance of organic farming and waste management.
